These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of Treasury OS, a SaaS platform operated by Treasury Ease Solutions SRL ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using Treasury OS, you ("Customer," "User," "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Who We Are

2. Scope of Services
Treasury OS is a cloud-based platform that allows treasury and finance professionals to build, configure, and use treasury applications.
- The service is available through subscription (free and paid plans).
- We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion to improve performance and compliance.
2A. AI-Powered Features
Treasury OS incorporates artificial intelligence to provide advanced features including:
- Cash flow forecasting and predictions
- Transaction classification and categorization
- Reconciliation assistance
- Financial analysis and recommendations
Important Disclaimers:
(a) No Financial Advice. AI-generated outputs (forecasts, recommendations, analyses) are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI outputs.
(b) Accuracy Not Guaranteed. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should independently verify any AI-generated information before relying on it.
(c) Data Processing. AI features process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is sanitized before AI processing, and your data is never used to train AI models.
(d) Human Oversight. AI features are designed to assist, not replace, professional judgment. Critical treasury decisions should involve appropriate human review.
3. Eligibility
- Treasury OS is intended for professional and corporate use.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- If you use Treasury OS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate details (name, email, company info).
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts used in breach of these Terms.
5. Subscription & Payment
Free and paid plans are available. Paid subscriptions require valid billing information.
- Fees are charged monthly or annually in advance.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- No refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.
6. License & Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Treasury OS.
Important:
- All intellectual property (software, design, documentation) remains our property.
- You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or use Treasury OS for unlawful purposes.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
You retain ownership of all Application Data you upload (files, API connections, treasury apps).
For Application Data: We act as a data processor; you are the data controller.
For account and billing data: We act as data controller.
Details regarding AI data processing, data sanitization, and our service providers are described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
8.1 Roles of the Parties
Customer as Data Controller: You determine the purposes and means of processing personal data uploaded into Treasury OS.
Treasury Ease Solutions SRL as Data Processor: We process such data only on your documented instructions, in line with GDPR Art. 28.
8.2 Processor Obligations
We commit to:
- process data only on your instructions;
- ensure confidentiality of authorized personnel;
- implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption, access controls, monitoring);
- assist you in fulfilling data subject rights requests (access, deletion, portability, etc.);
- notify you without undue delay in case of a data breach;
- allow audits or provide evidence of compliance.
8.3 Subprocessors
- We may engage subprocessors (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors).
- We ensure all subprocessors are bound by equivalent GDPR obligations.
- A current list of subprocessors is available upon request.
8.4 International Transfers
- Data is primarily stored in the EU/EEA.
- Transfers outside the EU/EEA rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
8.5 Duration & Deletion
- We retain personal data only as long as required for your subscription.
- Upon termination of your account or upon request, we will delete or return all personal data, unless retention is required by law.
8.6 Separate DPA
For enterprise clients, we can provide a separate signed Data Processing Agreement upon request.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use Treasury OS to:
- upload unlawful or harmful content,
- attempt unauthorized access,
- disrupt service performance,
- infringe applicable laws or third-party rights.
10. Service Availability
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
11. Disclaimers & Liability
Treasury OS is provided "as is" and "as available."
No warranties are made regarding fitness for specific business purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or third-party outages.
Our liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim.
AI-Specific Limitations
Without limiting the above, we expressly disclaim all liability for:
- decisions made based on AI-generated forecasts, classifications, or recommendations;
- inaccuracies in AI outputs;
- financial losses arising from reliance on AI features.
12. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, you may request export of your data before deletion.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU law.
Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms.
- Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.
- Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.
