How it works
TOSY is our treasury AI — context-aware, domain-trained, designed for auditability. It knows user's data, entities, workflows.
AI Assistant
Instant answers across entities, banks, and time periods — without hunting through reports.
Example:
"Which entities are trending negative in the next 14 days, and why?"
AI Builder
Describe what you need and get a working tool you can refine. Repeatable logic. Permissions. Audit trail.
Example:
"A payment tracker with 2-step approvals and alerts over €50K."
AI Copilot
Spots anomalies, broken patterns, and missing data — and tells you exactly what changed.
Example:
"HSBC fees are 3× normal. The spike started Jan 12. Want the breakdown?"

It's the treasury-trained AI at the center of this demonstration. It understands treasury terminology, reasons over the data it's given, answers questions, and generates working applications from a plain-English description — our way of showing what an AI-native treasury system can look like.
This is a demonstration, so it's built to show how data should be handled — not to hold your real books. The architecture uses encryption at rest and in transit, strict access controls, row-level isolation, audit logs, and EU data residency on GDPR-aligned infrastructure. Data is never used to train AI models. Multi-layer redaction: Before any AI processing, data passes through a Confidential AI redaction layer: • Masterdata matching – Known vendors/customers → [VENDOR]/[CUSTOMER] • Pattern detection – IBANs, cards, account numbers → [IBAN]/[CARD] • Microsoft Presidio – Names, emails, phones, national IDs → [PERSON]/[EMAIL] Every operation lets you preview exactly what the AI would receive before it runs.
A TMS is a fixed product you adapt to. This demonstration shows the opposite idea: instead of a locked tool, a treasurer describes the workflow, the logic, and the outputs, and the system generates controlled tools that can evolve as the business changes.
The kinds of tools teams usually end up hacking together in Excel: cash visibility dashboards, forecasting models, payment workflows, reconciliations, FX exposure views, bank fee analysis, covenant trackers. The demonstration is meant to show how quickly a clearly described idea becomes a working tool.
No. The idea being demonstrated is that requirements written in plain English become working tools, refined with follow-up instructions — no coding involved.
The demonstrated approach isn't "accept and pray." You review, refine, and publish. It's iterative — and changes are traceable (who changed what, when). Every version is logged.
TreasuryOS is our working demonstration of how an AI-native treasury system should work — not an off-the-shelf product on a price list. If you'd like to see it in action or discuss the thinking behind it, reach out at contact@treasuryease.com.
TreasuryOS is how we — treasurers with 18+ years in the field — think an AI-native treasury system should work. Want a walkthrough of the real thing? Reach out and we'll show you around.
